As the founder of Endurance Nutrition, she helps runners simplify sports nutrition and create personalized fueling strategies that improve performance, reduce GI issues, and build confidence on race day. She is also the owner and race director of Palmetto Ultras, where she’s passionate about creating welcoming, community-focused trail races for runners of all experience levels. Through both businesses, Kayla combines evidence-based nutrition with firsthand endurance experience to help runners fuel well, race strong, and enjoy the journey.

Nancy Crook is a medical speech-language pathologist, licensed real estate agent, and accomplished ultrarunner with dozens of races and multiple podium finishes to her name. Her racing résumé spans 50Ks, 50-milers, timed events, and the 100-mile distance, including wins at the Swamp Fox 50K and Hallucination 12 Hour. As an endurance athlete, Nancy focuses on longevity, consistency, recovery, and building a sustainable relationship with running for the long haul.
